• Hard-working: Hardwood flooring is a physically demanding job.

• Reliable transportation: Because we are a small business, we cannot provide company vehicles. All of our jobs and work locations are within the Twin Cities Metro.

• Communication and Trustworthiness: You will be working with homeowners in their residence, in commercial buildings and sometimes at our store location in Chanhassen. Therefore, being trustworthy with clean record free from civil suits such as theft or violence, is a must.

• Additionally, you will need to be able to comprehend and execute directions effectively on the job site as well.

You will need to be in good physical health as it can take a toll on the body. Some find after a week or two that they cannot do the work. This is understandable. That is why we start most employee at $-- per hour. Within the first two weeks, we will do a review to adjust your pay rate based on your work, experience, preferences, and other considerations. We are willing to provide benefits after one month of consistent work and employee commitment. This will be discussed with the owner and considered for the right employee(s). We want to treat our employees fairly who is wanting to go far in a small business.
